Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you decide.

Read the commercial model carefully, discuss every cost and use the signed agreement as the final source for obligations and payouts.

What is included in the ₹4,00,000 requirement?

₹1,00,000 is the one-time setup cost, ₹50,000 is table cash at your counter and ₹2,50,000 is prepaid wallet balance for transactions. The latter ₹3,00,000 forms your working capital, subject to reconciliation.

Is the setup cost refundable?

The ₹1,00,000 setup cost, plus applicable GST, is non-refundable once procurement or installation for your outlet begins.

What support does the company provide?

The stated model includes ₹10,000 monthly rent support and ₹12,000 monthly operator salary support, payable under the signed agreement and subject to its conditions.

How is the partner bonus structured?

The stated bonus is ₹10,000 per month for months 1–12, then ₹15,000 per month for months 13–36, before applicable TDS and subject to agreement conditions.

How does the 0.5% commission work?

It applies to eligible transaction turnover at the outlet. The signed agreement defines eligible services, calculation, timing and any exclusions.

Do I need prior banking experience?

Prior banking experience is not stated as mandatory. PayNestam trains the partner and operator, but careful cash handling, customer service and compliance are essential.

Does PayNestam accept public deposits?

No. PayNestam is not a bank or NBFC and does not accept deposits. Supported banking and payment services are delivered through regulated banks and authorised providers.

Can every service be activated at every outlet?

Not necessarily. Availability depends on partner-bank or service-provider support, outlet activation, location, KYC, technical readiness and current rules.

Important: All support, bonuses and 0.5% commission on eligible transaction turnover are payable as set out in the signed partner agreement and are subject to TDS, GST where applicable, service availability, KYC and operational compliance. The ₹1,00,000 setup cost is non-refundable once procurement or installation begins. Table cash and wallet balance are working capital subject to reconciliation. This is a business opportunity, not a deposit or investment scheme. Income depends on actual operations and customer transactions.
