Grievance Redressal
Raise service concerns promptly so they can be recorded, reviewed and directed to the responsible team or provider.
Last updated: 3 October 2026
1. How to raise a concern
Contact the PayNestam outlet or the official support channel with your name, mobile number, outlet location, date, service used and transaction reference. Do not share a PIN, CVV or OTP.
2. What happens next
The concern should be acknowledged and reviewed against available transaction records. Matters involving a bank, biller, courier or other provider may be forwarded to that provider and follow its resolution timelines.
3. Escalation
If the first response does not resolve the concern, ask for escalation and quote the original complaint reference. Official grievance officer details and service hours will be published when confirmed.
4. Digital fraud
For suspected financial cyber fraud, contact 1930 immediately and report at cybercrime.gov.in. Also notify the relevant bank or payment provider without delay.
