Refund Policy
Refund and reversal handling depends on whether the payment relates to partner setup or a customer transaction.

1. Partner setup cost
The ₹1,00,000 fixed setup cost, plus GST where applicable, is non-refundable after procurement or installation for the outlet has begun. Any position before that stage is governed by the signed agreement and documented work already undertaken.
2. Working capital
Table cash and wallet balance are not setup fees. They are partner working capital and remain subject to completed transactions, reversals, chargebacks, outstanding liabilities and final reconciliation under the agreement.
3. Customer transactions
A failed, pending or reversed payment is handled according to the relevant bank, biller, network or service-provider process. Timing can vary by service. Keep the acknowledgement or transaction reference when raising a request.
4. Courier and application fees
Courier cancellation, redirection and refund eligibility depend on the courier partner, shipment status and destination terms. Application-related charges, where any, follow the provider’s disclosed terms.
